Returns Policy
At Jerry Can Innovations, we value your satisfaction and adhere to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). This means you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, unsafe, significantly different from its description, or does not perform as promised.
Change of Mind Returns
Please choose carefully. We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
Once an order has been placed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the product is faulty or damaged under ACL guidelines.
Faulty or Damaged Products
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if your product:
Has a major fault (for example, it is unsafe, not as described, or unfit for purpose), or
Arrives damaged during shipping.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if your item is faulty or damaged so we can arrange a solution at no cost to you.
How to Return a Faulty or Damaged Item
Email jerrycaninnovations@outlook.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
We’ll provide instructions for returning the item or, if applicable, arrange a pickup.
Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund, replacement, or repair as required by law.
Refunds
Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
Shipping fees will be refunded only if the item is confirmed to be faulty or sent in error.
Return Shipping
For faulty or incorrect items, Jerry Can Innovations will cover all return shipping costs.
Change of mind returns are not accepted.
